Personal Cooking Lessons - One on one, hands on, private cooking lessons in your kitchen with Chef Craig using your own tools and equipment. The cooking lessons may be learning basic culinary skills and techniques ( Intro to cooking techniques, Basic Knife Skills, Basic Sauces and Decorative Food to name a few) Or the cooking lessons may be on a technique or cuisine you are interested in mastering or some recipe or food problem you want to conquer with the class size limited to two students
Group Cooking Classes - The Practical Chef has something to offer everyone! Whether you are just learning to cook or you are a whiz in the kitchen, we are the place for you. During hands on cooking lessons students will start out with their own copy of each menu. Before the cooking begins, the recipes will be reviewed. This is a great time to take notes and get a few tips on how to make things easier when you are cooking at home. Once everyone moves into the kitchen, the cooking begins!
